We are seeking to hire candidates for our TPC -Maintenance Custodian/Driver (0995) Germantown Bus Garage - Sunday thru Thursday 10PM - 6:30AM.
OVERALL DESCRIPTION
Must be proficient in the cleaning of vehicles and all areas of the locations listed above, including but not limited to shop areas, restrooms, administrative areas, etc.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates passenger vehicle in and around the Authority locations.
- Scrapes and cleans floors, walls, walks, and all SEPTA facilities.
- Paints various items as required, such as shop equipment, etc.
- Sweeps, cleans, washes vehicle interior, exteriors.
- Policies premises for debris, trash and scrap; loads into truck for removal.
- Complies with all Authority and departmental safety and security policies and procedures as well as all applicable job safety responsibilities. Reports any safety concerns, compromises or hazards affecting operations, the public, self and/or other employees. Responsible for personal safety and is encouraged to promote the safety of others.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have ability to understand and execute written and verbal orders. - Must possess valid Pennsylvania driver's license or equivalent.
